• Homeowners: All retail sales are handled exclusively through Amazon.com. Orders, payments, returns, and shipping policies are governed by Amazon’s terms and policies.

• Installers & Trade Professionals: For bulk orders, we accept payments via check or Zelle. These are invoiced directly and fulfilled by ScreenFlap™.

2. Product Use

ScreenFlap™ is designed for DIY or professional installation in screened enclosures. You are solely responsible for determining product compatibility and proper installation. Always follow included instructions.

3. Returns and Refunds

• Amazon Orders: Returns and refunds are subject to Amazon’s policies.

• Installer Orders: All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

ScreenFlap™ is not liable for:

• Any injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modification.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Unauthorized use of the product in building modifications not compliant with local codes.
